Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products not returned in original packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first to confirm availability.
